It wasn’t a grand entry in Tamil movies for Ileana. Her film with Vikram stopped abruptly. This time she is lucky to bag an offer from Shankar who’s directing the remake of the Bollywood hit 3 Idiots in Tamil, Telugu. Trisha was the frontrunner but the lucky one to bag the opportunity was Ileana, will be doing Kareena Kapoor’s role in the original. She is also doing a film with Pawan Kalyan, a remake of Love Aaj Kal. Produced by Ganesh Babu under the banner of Parameswara Arts, it will be directed by Jayant C. Paranji with music by Mani Sharma, art by Narayana Reddy and cinematography by Jayanan Vincent. Pawan Kalyan and Ileana had earlier acted together in Jalsa.
