Before Buying a Mobile you have to Consider the follwing.
What’s your budget?
What are your usage patterns?
How is The Coverage of different Operators at your area?
What types of plans are available with that Operator?
What are the call rates of each plan?
What features do you need in a handset?
Tips on Mobile Maintenance
Ensure your battery is fully charged, and then completely run it down before recharging. Recharging too early reduces the life of battery.

Your phone contains security features which you can use to stop others using your phone for example, you can set a Personal Identification Number (PIN) number which must be entered before anyone can use the phone. Read your handset User Guide to find out what features your phone has and use them. Even if your phone isn’t stolen, someone might be tempted to “borrow” your phone and make a few expensive calls without your knowledge.

Phone IMEI number is useful if your phone is stolen.

Always use keypad lock to lock your mobile. Keep your phone at safe place, Rough treatment can damage not only appearance of the phone but also electronic circuits in the phone.

Use only genuine batteries from your phone manufacturer and only buy from authorised dealers.

Don't use harsh detergents, cleaning solvents or harsh chemicals to clean your phone. Wipe only with a soft cloth.

A phone cover can prevent scratches. Always use a good quality cover. Low quality covers with no air pockets can damage your phone by getting humidity inside the cover.

keep your phone at normal temperature. Too higher or too lower temperatures can create condensation and damage the phone.
The following tips can help to prevent the viruses on your phone:
1. Download content only from trusted Portals or sites. Generally the operator's portals and other well-known brand sites are safe. There may be some fake sites with the same appearance of a trusted source. Be aware with those type of sites

2. If your phone has Bluetooth capability, ensure that the Bluetooth capability is switched to “hidden” or “invisible” mode unless you specifically need it to be visible. This helps you to prevent other Bluetooth-enabled devices from finding your phone (unless you grant them the necessary permission) and helps to protect your phone from worms that spread using the Bluetooth wireless technology.

3. Be cautious about attachments. When accepting applications sent via Bluetooth, or opening MMS attachments, be cautious, just like when opening an email attachment on your system, because they may include harmful virus. Ensure the attachment comes from a known source, and be while opening files that have unfamiliar text attached to them, even if they come from someone you know.

4. Some softwares are available to prevent mobile phone viruses. You can download those softwares to protect your mobile.

5. If you think your phone affected by a virus, call the phone manufacturer’s customer care line. They can help you to confirm if it is a virus, and help to fix the problem.
