J to tha L-O!: The Remixes is the first remix album by American recording artist Jennifer Lopez, released in the United States on February 5, 2002 by Epic Records. It was the first remix album to debut at the top of the U.S. Billboard 200 chart, and became one of the best-selling remix albums in the U.S., selling over 156,000 copies during its opening week -appearing in the 2004 Guinness World Records as the most successful remix album. The album has also sold over three and a half million copies worldwide, becoming the third best-selling remix album of all time, after Michael Jackson's Blood on the Dance Floor: History in the Mix and Madonna's You Can Dance. It spawned three new singles: "Ain't It Funny" (Murder Remix), "I'm Gonna Be Alright" (Track Masters Remix), and "Alive". The Metro Remix of "Walking on Sunshine" received minor airplay in Mexico and other parts of Latin America. Although, the "Waiting For Tonight (Hex's Momentous Radio Mix)" was not released as a single, it did receive minor airplay on urban radio stations. Lopez also performed the remix at the New Year's Eve 2010 Times Square Event.

Release: December 3, 2002 | Label: Island Records | Genre: Pop, R&B

“

Charmbracelet is the ninth studio album by American singer Mariah Carey, released in the United States on December 3, 2002 by Island Records. It was her first album on the label and was also her first following the release of her film Glitter (2001) and its accompanying soundtrack album Glitter, both of which were critical and commercial disappointments. Sales of Charmbracelet were an improvement over those of Glitter, and the album went platinum in the United States. The album was unable to garner any U.S. hits, as none of its singles made the top 80 of the Billboard Hot 100. She once again collaborated with many artists on this album such as rappers Cam'ron, Jay-Z, Freeway, Westside Connection and R&B artists Kelly Price and Joe. To date, Charmbracelet has sold over 4 million copies worldwide.

Out of all the bands that emerged in the immediate aftermath of punk rock in the late `70s, THE CURE was one of the most enduring and popular. Led through numerous incarnations by guitarist/vocalist Robert Smith, the band became notorious for their slow, gloomy dirges and Smith's ghoulish appearance. But the public image often hid the diversity of the Cure's music.

This DVD is a TRILOGY of CURE albums, PORNOGRAPHY, DISINTEGRATION and BLOODFLOWERS, that were performed in three successive night in 2002. All tracks reflect the original release. Now CURE Fans can experience, what not to long ago was just heard and imagined, the full CURE.

Blackfish - Hidden Shore (2005)

Blackfish - Hidden Shore
OGG Vorbis | 500 kbit/s ABR | 44.1 Khz | Stereo | 63:47 Min | 229.41 Mb
Label: Maxelect Records [MXE012-2] | Original Release Date: January 3, 2005
Styles: Electronic, Ambient Dub, Trip-Hop, Downbeat, Lounge, ChillOut

Maximilian Lopp and Andreas Bassermann have been keeping their fans and friends waiting for a new work from the Blackfish forge for almost two years now. These have been two years without atmospheric trip hop, profound downbeat and electronic jazz. It seems like ages have past since the first Blackfish album “Pole Navigation” made its mark.

But if you ask the artists, the long period between the debut and the new long player seems to have been planned. They needed the time to release themselves from their bonds so they could work more freely. “Hidden Shore”, the result of the well-earned, but still very busy break, is certainly impressive. Distancing themselves from conventional chill-out productions and synthetic Ibiza compilations, Blackfish play with sounds and loops, use unusual voices and sounds that form an extremely aesthetic pattern and leave the listener silently crying for more. Perhaps it would be best to call the music advanced chillout as the influences from jazz and blues along with the sometimes abstract sounds, which are reminiscent of Björk or Massive Attack, seem to break the otherwise subtle harmonies without destroying them.

Artists like MC Santana, J. Peter Schwalm and DJ Double D. definitely share the responsibility for the new direction taken by Blackfish. Their style was obviously injected into “Hidden Shore” during their collaboration. This record features twelve songs that not only feel like individual tracks, but also tell a wonderful story in the overall context. It only remains to hope that Blackfish will not keep us waiting again for so long... ~ maxelect.com

Judas - Lady Gaga (New Single 2011) [iTunes Rip]

Judas - Lady Gaga (New Single 2011) [iTunes Rip]

Judas Is Here!!! This song will bring you to the next realm of pop music. This is Judas everyone, say hello. It is Lady Gaga’s official 2nd single from her upcoming album, Born This Way, coming May 23. It sounds like the next Bad Romance, except the beat is just a thousand times better. It includes lyrics that are so deep you will start to think why any other artist still tries. There is so much more singing from Lady Gaga in this track, including the iconic chants in the background; it makes the track extremely melodic and will get you singing along in the very first listen. The production, done by none other than RedOne and Lady Gaga, will definitely be part of the reason why this song is going to break records around the world. There is even a whole segment in the track where the sick beat just goes on and on, leaving us speechless, like she once was. Expect to be blown away by this one, you won’t believe how much better than Born This Way it sounds.

Rihanna – Te Amo

Te“Te Amo” Free Download

“Te Amo” (English: “I Love You”) is a song performed by Barbadian singer Rihanna. It is written by Mikkel S. Eriksen, Tor Erik Hermansen, James Fauntleroy II and Rihanna and produced by Stargate. It serves as the third international and fifth overall single from her fourth album Rated R.

Robert Copsey of Digital Spy awarded the song four out of five stars stating that “After the rather explicit ‘Rude Boy’ campaign, Rihanna’s taking a well-deserved break from titillating the blokes here – only to find herself the object of another lady’s affections. One of her Rated R LP’s less menacing moments, ‘Te Amo’ finds La Fenty grappling with her sexuality over some irresistible, latin-infused Stargate beats.”

Lyrics for Rihanna – Te Amo

Verse 1:
Te amo, te amo, she say’s to me.
I hear the pain in her voice.
Then we danced underneath the candleabra, she takes the lead.
That’s when i saw it in her eyes, it’s over.

Chorus:
Then she said Te amo, then she put her hand around me waist.
I told her no she cried Te amo,
i told her i’m not gonna run away, but let me go.
My soul has arrived, without asking why.
I said Te amo, wish somebody would tell me what she said.
Don’t it mean I love you.
I think it means I love you.
Don’t it mean I love you.

Verse 2:
Te amo, te amo, she’s scared to breathe.
I hold her hand, i got no choice, uhh.
Pulled me out on the beach, danced in the water, I start to leave.
She’s begging me and asking why it’s over.

Bridge:
Yes we can dance.
But you gotta watch your hands.
Watch me all night.
I move under the light because i understand.
That we all need love, and i’m not afraid.
I feel the love but i don’t feel that way.

Chorus:
Then she said Te amo, then she put her hand around me waist.
I told her no she cried Te amo, i told her i’m not gonna run away, but let me go.
My soul has arrived, without asking why.
I said Te amo, wish somebody would tell me what she said
Don’t it mean I love you.
I think it means I love you.
Don’t it mean I love you.
I think it means I love you, I love you.

Te amo, te amo, don’t it mean i love you.
