In the last two months tollywood has seen many films such as Prabhas ‘Darling’, Bala Krishna’s ‘Simha’, Ram’s “Rama Rama Krishna Krishna” and Allu Arjun, Manchu Manoj and Anushka starring multi starrer film ‘Vedam’, Karthi, Tamannah’s ‘Awaara’, Puri Jagannath and Gopichand combo film ‘Golimaar’, Anushka’s another heroine centric film ‘Panchakshari’ and Maniratnam’s much hyped ‘Villain’ of which a few remained as super hits and a few remained as average films and a few remained as disasters at the box office though created much hype before their release.

Now, the Telugu industry is looking forward to reach much heights in coming three four months with the release of all much hyped heavy budgeted big heroes films. It looks like Pawan Kalyan will be the first competitor for rest of the big hero films as his most-talked ‘Komaram Puli’ is going to hit the silver screens on August 11^th. Nikeesha Patel is playing the female lead in the movie. “This big ticket film has all the ingredients expected from a Pawan Kalyan film, and the theme is powerful too,” says director S J Suryah. Recently A R Rahman’s music has hit the music stands and even set an industry record in audio sales as 7.6 lakh audio CD’s have been sold in one day. This created much hype among the fans and all are waiting to see Pawan roaring on the screen after a long time.

Prince Mahesh Babu who was not seen on the silver screen for last three years is also in the race of this biggies fight. His film which is tentatively titled ‘Khaleja’ being directed by Trivikram Srinivas is going to hit the big screens in the month of September or October. Anushka is pairing with Mahesh for the first time in this film. Mahesh fans and entire industry is eagerly waiting to see Mahesh back on the screen after a long gap and hope that he will be get his top image once again by setting records with his upcoming film.

Shankar’s this year’s heavy budgeted magnum opus ‘Robo’ starring Rajinikanth and Aishwarya Rai for the first time acting together is going to release in August or September. All are eagerly waiting for this biblingual film which is being made in both Telugu and Tamil with a heavy budget of nearly 200 crores. It is interesting to see Rajini in two characters as both human and as Robo for the first time in his career. This has set an industry record as well with the making budget.
